Follow these steps to hide a post you’ve been tagged in from your Instagram profile:-
1. The first step is to launch Instagram app and tap on the profile icon in the bottom right corner and go to your profile page.
2. Then tap on the icon that looks like a person with a tag to visit all the posts you’ve been tagged in.
3. Now find the post you want to hide on your profile.
4. Then tap on the three dots in the corner of the post.
5. Now tap on tag options and select hide from your profile.
